BC Card launches LG appliance subscription discount card
South Korea’s BC Card has launched a card for LG appliance subscribers called LG Electronics Privilege.
It offers monthly discounts of up to 35,000 won on subscription fees, depending on how much the cardholder spent the previous month.
Customers who pay at least 900,000 won upfront when signing a subscription contract receive an annual 25,000-won discount regardless of previous-month spending.
BNK Kyongnam Bank began issuing the card on October 30.
IBK and iM Bank are expected to issue it later, with the rollout happening in stages.
