Apple Music Classical adopts black-and-white design and blue accents

Apple updated the Apple Music Classical app for iPhone and iPad with a new look.

Its icon keeps the familiar G-clef but changes to a black symbol on a white background, while blue replaces red in the interface.

The update follows Apple Music’s wider rebrand, which also moved away from red toward a black-and-white design.

The change brings the classical music app closer to Apple’s other apps, while its design still caters to classical works that do not always fit standard album listings.

Apple Music subscribers get the app at no extra cost, and an active subscription is required.

The update is available to download from the App Store, though Apple’s release notes mention stability and performance improvements rather than the redesign.
