Hero updates Xtreme 160R 4V and 250R with new technology

Hero MotoCorp has launched updated Xtreme 160R 4V and 250R bikes in India.

The 160R 4V starts at Rs 1.27 lakh and comes in three versions, while the 250R costs Rs 1.98 lakh.

Both models add new screens and more electronic features, including ride modes and Bluetooth connectivity, though features vary by version.

The 250R also gains a quick shifter and revised rear suspension, while the 160R 4V gets updated styling and a redesigned rider interface.

These changes give riders more convenience and information while riding, as well as new equipment such as cruise control on selected versions.

Bookings are open for both motorcycles, and deliveries are scheduled to begin on 1 November.

The 160R 4V Standard version is an exception, with deliveries due to start in January 2027.
