Lloyd joined Disney as executive vice president in 1981, reportedly reaching the highest position held by a woman in Hollywood at that time.
She was among the first executives hired to build DreamWorks in 1994 and later served as its chief operating officer.
She left DreamWorks in 2004 and moved to Park City.
Her family asks that donations in her and her husband’s memory go to U.S. Ski & Snowboard, reflecting their shared love of skiing and support for young athletes.
