Motorola Razr Flex leak points to a lower-cost wide foldable

A leaked benchmark listing points to a new Motorola foldable called the Razr Flex.

The listing appears to show a prototype running a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip with 12GB of RAM, though benchmark listings can be faked and the final phone may differ.

That chip is less advanced than the one earlier rumors suggested, and may help Motorola price the phone below some rivals.

The Razr Flex is reported to have a wide folding screen, a smaller outer screen, two 50-megapixel rear cameras and two selfie cameras.

Those details remain based on leaks, and the benchmark scores are not a reliable guide to the finished phone’s performance.

Motorola is expected to launch it in mid-December, but no official price or confirmed specifications are given.
