Revolut valued at $115 billion in investor share sale
Investors valued British fintech Revolut at $115 billion in a share sale completed on Wednesday.
The sale involved existing shares, so it brought no new money into the company.
Founded in 2015, Revolut has grown from a money-transfer app into a financial services platform with more than 80 million retail customers across over 40 countries.
Its valuation rose about 53% in a year, as investors bet on its growth and ability to earn more from its customers.
Revolut reported $6 billion in revenue and a 38% profit margin in 2025, but it still has far fewer assets and more limited lending than major European banks.
The company plans to launch a US bank in 2027, if it receives final regulatory approval; it is also considering a stock-market listing no earlier than 2028.
Revolut’s secondary share sale values the British fintech at $115 billion.
The sale was led by Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price Associates and Baillie Gifford, and brought no new money into the company.
The valuation is about 50% higher than the $75 billion assigned in a share sale at the end of 2025.

What people are saying
Every new bank we launch gives more people a better tool to manage their money, wherever they are.
This means our growth depends on creating services that customers value, rather than on interest rates.
The United States could potentially represent Revolut's biggest growth driver. But at the same time, the United States is the most competitive market.
