Passenger removed from Kaliningrad-to-Chelyabinsk flight after disruption

A 46-year-old woman from Kaliningrad region caused a disturbance aboard a plane at Khrabrovo Airport.

The flight was headed from Kaliningrad to Chelyabinsk.

Police were called after she insulted other passengers and ignored crew members’ instructions.

She was taken off the plane and resisted police as they escorted her to a station.

Officers used physical force and drew up a protocol accusing her of petty hooliganism.

The offence carries a possible administrative arrest of up to 15 days.

Police said her case would be handled under the law.
