Sean Combs reportedly taken from New Jersey prison for head injury

Sean “Diddy” Combs was reportedly taken by ambulance from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey early Saturday after suffering a head injury.

The circumstances of the injury are unclear, and it has not been confirmed whether he went to a hospital.

TMZ reported that he was conscious and speaking when he returned to the prison before sunrise.

A representative for Combs said his team was working to confirm what happened and that his health was its immediate concern.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons declined to comment on his medical status, citing privacy and security.

Combs is serving a 50-month sentence after being convicted in 2025 of transporting two women for prostitution; a jury acquitted him of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.

He is currently scheduled for release on March 2, 2028.
